02Using the site
The site is free to use. Please do not try to break into it or overload it, scrape it at abusive rates, use the signup form for spam or someone else's address, or use it for anything unlawful.
03Playtest signups
Signing up puts you on our list to hear about DOSE playtests. It does not guarantee a place in a playtest. A playtest may come with its own rules, for example a non-disclosure agreement, which we will show you before you join. You can leave the list at any time.
04DOSE is still in development
Everything on the site describes a game in development. Features, content, platforms, prices and dates (including the planned 2027 release) can change. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell.
05Our content
The DOSE name and logo, artwork, characters, screenshots, videos, music and text on this site belong to Kunki Games or its licensors.
You may share links to the site, and you may use material from our press kit to write about, review or stream DOSE. Any other use, especially commercial use, needs our written permission.
06Links to other sites
We link to Discord, YouTube, X, Steam and others. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. Their own terms apply.
07Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
08Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Otherwise, disputes go to the courts competent for Warsaw.
09Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
